FCA and PSA Merger: Ram and Jeep's Parent Company to Join with Peugeot
 

Auto manufacturers Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) and Peugeot S.A. (PSA Group) have joined forces by signing a binding Combination Agreement today providing for a 50-50 share merger where each will own half.
